It was the 10th best-seller of 1996 and it finishes 10th in the survivor. English-Australian singer Peter Andre had had modest success in Australia before this single from his second album Natural blew up worldwide in Summer 1996. Following his appearance on I'm A Celebrity in 2004 and an extensive campaign by Chris Moyles, the song was re-released in the UK as part of his fourth album and shot straight to #1, ending the year as the 8th best-seller. Andre followed up the song's original release with two #1s, albeit neither were as successful sales-wise.

3 Lions, football songs shouldn't exist
I hope the votes for Robert Miles right now are just 3 people with bad taste, I am not accepting that finishing any lower than top 3 x

surprised at the Children-hate votes when there are things like 3 Lions or any of the Spice songs

Children is one of the best dance songs in the history of music, period.
