April 29, 20232 yr That London sleeve they’ve released is horrible - it doesn’t even look like a proper photo shot, they just stick them in front of a bus and thought that’ll do
April 30, 20232 yr Although it seems like a quick photo opportunity rather than a proper photoshoot, I don't actually mind it! I think it serves its purpose as a gimmicky release for the UK with a cheap price tag to boot. The main album cover is certainly more "photoshoot", but I've never been wowed by it, so I'm fine with getting this cheaper alternative version. Large version of the artwork: I'm kind of surprised that the shop's name wasn't photoshopped out! Interesting though, means I've been able to identify where exactly they took the photo, it's in Maida Hill: https://www.google.com/maps/@51.5238399,-0....6384!8i8192 - such an unlikely place to find the Jonas Brothers. It's not too far away from: Shepherd's Bush, Westfield London, BBC Maida Vale studios, Abbey Road Studios. I wonder what else they got up to on that day? I wonder if they'll have any more UK formats still to come? Their mailer teased other bundles that aren't in the shop. Although bizarrely it's Kevin photoshopped three times onto the Waffle House artwork lol:
April 30, 20232 yr The lyrics of 'Waffle House' are a little offputting but the actual song sounds pretty good once again, I'm enjoying the sound of this era quite a bit more than their previous material.
May 1, 20232 yr 'Waffle House' is irresistably catchy. I'm really into it atm and the video is infectious and feel good. It really suits being a musical number from a TV show, kinda music video.
May 17, 20232 yr Has anyone here listened to the album? I've been waiting for my CD to arrive (it was only processed last night) :drama: so I haven't yet. Reviews are a bit mixed so far, 63 on Metacritic (only based on 4 reviews, mind you). The criticism I'm seeing in reviews (and on Popjustice) is that it lacks identity. Oh well, I look forward to hearing soon anyway! A couple of London shows announced (I'm not convinced that the Jonas Brothers realise that there's places outside of London in the UK x) @1658411975380983808
June 4, 20232 yr Now why didn't Jonas Brothers have these artworks on CD? These are just "signed digital albums" for the US. Surely these are more appealing than the London Bus artwork and the "three Kevins" artwork formats! If they didn't have the digital signatures on them. I would snapped up a Nick CD/Cassette :cheeseblock: I feel like these formats would have pushed it up to #2.
June 4, 20232 yr This new “digital signed copy” thing is total bull! Agreed! The "signed" nature of this is is totally meaningless  Though it seems to be a tactic that works in the US

June 21, 20232 yr Author TOMORROW X TOGETHER & Jonas Brothers - 'Do It Like That' is out on July 7th!
August 27, 20231 yr 'Vacation Eyes' is GREAT! That really should be the next single. The performance of it that I've seen through Tik Tok is SOOOO good!
