Whitney - the voice of a generation, and so many iconic songs! I think I'd have to rank 'I'm Your Baby Tonight' above the classic ones as my favourite of hers. 11 US number one singles (the first 7 of those consecutive) is a staggering achievement, I'm not familiar with the US lists but there can't be many others who have had more than that.
I like Whitney’s older stuff from 1995 onwards like My Love, Million Dollar Bill etc!
Step By Step and the singles from My Love Is Your Love are my favourites from Whitney, although I do really like the singles from I'm Your Baby Tonight also - including My Name Is Not Susan!

There's nothing laughable about that, it's a great song!

^ should be higher !!
Depending on how close she is to #7 (and maybe #6?) then she should be because:

NO 8- ( 7) WHITNEY HOUSTON- 510 POINTS

I'll check tomorrow but usually it means I've allocated your 25 points to someone else on the list above in error but the spreadsheet itself is right. Apologies. I'll sort tomorrow but I think the 510 is correct.

Edit: yes that's what I did. Put Dandy* as the 25 pts when it should have been you (you are next to each other on my spreadsheet) apologies for confusion I've sorted it.

Ahhhh that makes sense, no worries! Glad it didn’t skew the results! ^_^

I must admit I was a little surprised that I'd given her 25 points! But now I'm equally surprised that I awarded her nothing :o

Run To You and Step By Step are my faves !!

Now I had to go and re look at your votes. I can confirm that I have nothing, nothing, nothing.... from you for her

I listen to a lot of her underrated ballads a lot - e.g. Count on Me, I Learned From The Best, but I was never the biggest fan of Whitney’s huge hits apart from the singles from My Love Is Your Love album and I Wanna Dance With Somebody. She wasn’t too far out of my top 30 but equally wasn’t in close contention.

Whitney’s someone who’s discography I explored more after she passed away but when she was good she was very very good!!

You can definitely hear / see her influence still today and she’s absolutely one of the very best vocalists.

One Moment in Time has always been my single favourite single from her but she has a very strong singles discography and some solid albums under her belt too.

WHITNEY! A talent of uncomparable means, that voice WOW! I love so many of her songs and IWDWS is played at every party I have.

I am on the Beyonce train of great performer, completely owns that stage and has an incredible voice... however her music doesn't live up to the hype for me. She just missed out on my list and I felt pretty bad because I do really rate her, but if I am being honest I'm not the biggest fan of the majority of her discography (that I have heard)
