February 11, 20232 yr I hope we get new music coz I am intrigued to hear what S Club 7 would sound like in 2023, ngl. STEPS pretty much are exactly STEPS in 2023... I wonder if S Club could fit in with their Disco-funk-pop stuff.
February 11, 20232 yr I found it interesting all members of S Club 7 shared the video of the announcement apart from Hannah (Jon doesn't have social media). I'd be very shocked if we got new S Club music, but i'd be SO here for it! I'm very surprised to see them at The Brits, but it is a great move! Edited February 11, 20232 yr by Slayer
February 11, 20232 yr It's nice to see them together and they look good. I do think a lot of S Club 7's music has actually aged better than most of the big early Steps hits, Don't Stop Movin' for one has a bit of a timeless sound to it anyway. Disco-pop-funk always comes back around in a way that hi-NRG Eurocheese doesn't really. Steps have nevertheless done well evolving their sound yet still sounding like them, I'd love to hear what S Club 7 sound like in 2023.
February 11, 20232 yr Don't Stop Moving will never not sound like a bop that could smash, it's pretty timeless. I wouldn't say their earlier stuff is but that isn't a bad thing.

February 12, 20232 yr Funny that they sent Jo, Tina and Rachel to the Brits aka the ones that look a bit like pop stars these days. Makes me wonder if they're aware of what sammy said on the other page - that some of them don't look like pop stars these days.
