Miley is quite far ahead on youtube. The music video, backyard live performance, audio version + demo audio version combined are doing massively more views/streams than "Miracle" on youtube.

I would wait to see what Ed's newest single does. He outdid Olivia's "Good 4 U" and "Driver's Licence" with "Bad Habits" despite being released later than both. If rumours are true of Miley releasing a deluxe version of her album this summer we could hopefully see a boost for "Flowers" come the middle of the year to help it out some more though!

He only beat Good 4 U cause of physicals at the start didn’t he? Olivia had quite a lead.

That definitely seems like an unexpected amount of attention for Hozier (and not even just the one song, all 3 of his new EP songs in the top 100!) - interested to see how he holds up now.

About the year-end #1, Calvin Harris got one with One Kiss that he released in April that debuted at #3 iirc. With the help of a bunch of heatwaves, it scraped past God's Plan at the very end of the year. His new one has debuted at #3 in March so it's got an advantage over One Kiss so far but I think it's very unlikely because if it was going to be such a mega-hit it would probably be #1 with a big lead by now on Spotify.

Taylor down to #18 and Hozier to #25 so probably neither heading for top 10 debuts (not that I expected them to). Looks like basically all the debuts have had big second day drops, including the other 3 Taylor ones all falling straight out of the top 200.

 

White Noise Baby Sleep finally coming to smash though :cheeseblock: although a shame it's with 'Clean White Noise - Loopable with no fade', I find that a bit derivative tbh, I much prefer 'Womb Sound - Loopable with no fade', hate to say it but they kind of fell off after that :( not sure I'd even want to pay 99p for a signed CD from them these days.
