The episode thread for episode 11 of Season 15 titled: Two Queens, One Joke. The 7 remaining queens will do a stand up routine. The judges for this week's episode are TS Madison & Ali Wong.

Looking forward to this! Loosey should be good at this and I can see Salina doing well if she can bring her confessional persona to the challenge!

I think Salina was the funniest tbh but as a pair it definitely had to be Luxx and Loosey!

 

I just know the casuals will carry on invalidating Sasha but she actually had jokes and got laughs plus she had the best runway so I completely agree with Marcia being bottom 2 over her. Marcia is lucky to have lasted this long tbh but I was pleasantly surprised by her lipsync, I wouldn’t say it was a double save but she kept up with Anetra more than I expected.

Saw the lip sync and Twitter are furious that it wasn’t a double shantay. Definitely the best lipsync of the series

This episode really showed the potential of the season with 60 minute episodes! I came out feeling like I knew everyone better and the pacing was so much stronger.

 

That said, it was an absolute setup on the eliminated queen and the judging was pretty wack. I would have given Salina the win outright. If they were going to spare Sasha from the bottom they could have argued that her runway was better and saved her, they didn't have to go in with 'well you had some good jokes' when we didn't see them.

 

Funnily enough in these challenges I'm often struck by the difference with American sense of humour. I thought a lot of the jokes that didn't spell it out were funnier than the 'corrections' the guest judges suggested. I'm not familiar with Ali Wong (enjoyed her commentary) but I did think some of the advice given to the queens could have been stronger or more explicit.

 

I was surprised to see Mistress flop hard for a second episode in a row!

They did that to her last week with Sasha winning. Two weeks in a row and Loosey may have ended up murdering a member of the production team. :lol:

 

So happy the longer episodes are back. The mini challenge was SO good! Salina being a mess made me laugh so much and Mistress being so shady. :lol: Then Sasha and Anetra SERVING.

 

Main challenge was decent. Marcia wasn't bad, she was just OK. Sasha's balls joke was really funny and between that and her stunning runway is what kept her from being in the bottom 2 with Anetra.

 

Not surprised Lux/Loosey won, but I did think Salina was really good and could've won it as well. Runways were good too.

 

That lip sync though! Honestly could've been a double save - Marcia really kept up with Anentra and had some amazing moments. Best lip sync of the season so far. It feels like such a set up by production though that they eliminate the theatre queen the week before the musical. If it was a double save I could see Marcia doing really well or even winning next week's challenge - but obviously Marcia wasn't in the list of contestants they want to push to the finale/win. Marcia will likely be an amazing All Stars contestant in a couple years!
