Posted April 2, 20232 yr For me it would be PlayStation 2 of course from 2001. I do still find it the best of the PS consoles for me personally but haven't used it in yonks as obviously the later ones are rigged up in the back room instead lol. I'm unsure if I'd be used to it as such now it's been aages though but it was what I was obsessed with more evidently.
April 2, 20232 yr Game Boy Advance I believe, which I got in about 2003 *.* I mainly wanted it for Hamtaro related games
April 2, 20232 yr I had a Sega Mega Drive - or at least that’s the first I can remember the name of. I’m pretty sure I had some console that allowed you to tap in a number (up to about 120) and there was a game for each number! (It actually may have been a game on the Mega Drive) can’t remember now!
April 2, 20232 yr Author ddd :kink: Very nearly got an X Box if it wasn't PlayStation but that'd be a couple of years later!
April 2, 20232 yr I also played the Sims 1 from a very early age - may have been earlier than the PS2 tbh…
April 2, 20232 yr I bought a pre wonder Nintendo 64 in 2002, then a GameCube in 2003. Had a SNES growing up in the 90’s though.
April 2, 20232 yr Does Omega count? I had that before the Sega came out, even had a arcade style stick to plug into it! Was so cool! Then Sega came along with Sonic and whew that was me sold. Never really moved on after that, I still have a sega today which I get out every now and then for Sonic! I also had the one with tetris on it, was that a gameboy?
April 3, 20232 yr GameCube for me. I mostly played Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Animal Crossing, WarioWare Inc., plus a few sports games and Mario Party.
