May 2, 20233 yr According to a reliable source on PoopJustice, Jessie Where "is currently at 2 and 5k behind Lottery Winners. She's only a handful of sales ahead of Nines, so she could be at 3/4 by Friday". :magic: Yay, go me!
May 2, 20233 yr I did have a feeling The Lottery Winners would be #1 today at least, think they'll probably hang on as 5+k lead over Nines is pretty comfortable and I'm sure they will push harder than Nines if it's looking close at all. Foolish to underestimate nondescript regional indie bands called 'The [something]s' in the album chart of late. I am quite surprised Jessie Ware is apparently ahead of The National though, that's great for her! I guess her little spat with The Lottery Winners has probably helped both of them to some extent.
May 2, 20233 yr the occ updated now their singles page, nothing ever happens lately so not much to comment guess they will update the album soon too
May 2, 20233 yr In (not so) shocking news, Freya is at 5 with Blood Orange so a whole load of fuss about nothing clearly :D
May 2, 20233 yr What a relief! That's pretty good in a stacked week. I suspect it was probably a case of chinese whispers then, as suggested. I think before post the video she maybe could have asked what number she was at exactly! I doubt it was No.1 or bust for her, as the previous album didn't get to No.1 off the back of a huge single, so she really must have believed she wasn't going to chart anywhere meaningful at all.
May 2, 20233 yr That's got to be quite embarrassing for Freya after posting that video! I wonder if she'll post an updated one.
May 2, 20233 yr no surprises at Freya being #5 rather more surprised at The National "only" being #4, the idiotic thing between Jessie Ware and the Lottery Winners clearly helped both :/
May 2, 20233 yr Jack Harlow at #30 :( Quite sad as 'Jackman' is a far superior record to 'Come Home The Kids Miss You'. The latter was garbage and this project is solid.
May 2, 20233 yr That's got to be quite embarrassing for Freya after posting that video! I wonder if she'll post an updated one. Not sure being emotive based on information you’ve been told is embarrassing?
May 2, 20233 yr I went on the Lottery webstore a couple of weeks ago and saw that for £80 you could buy a bundle which included 17 different variants.
May 2, 20233 yr It's almost an entirely new Top 10! Aside from the ones already mentioned, Reverend & The Makers are at #6, The Damned are at #7 and Shaky sneaks in at #9.
May 2, 20233 yr I went on the Lottery webstore a couple of weeks ago and saw that for £80 you could buy a bundle which included 17 different variants. Unless I'm missing it, this is the most expensive bundle on there at the moment - https://the-lottery-winners.tmstor.es/product/108136
May 2, 20233 yr I'm sure a majority of artists wouldn't be embarrassed about having their album in the Top 5.
May 2, 20233 yr So in the end it’s Bebe Rexha who had more cause for concern than Freya Ridings - Bebe is not Top 100 with her new album!
May 2, 20233 yr Unless I'm missing it, this is the most expensive bundle on there at the moment - https://the-lottery-winners.tmstor.es/product/108136 No I promise they had one with about 8 or 9 cd variants as well as all the tapes.
