It's time for lots of speculation about transfers to begin!

I start off with this signing for Brentford:

Brentford have announced the £11m signing of goalkeeper Mark Flekken from Freiburg.

The Netherlands international has signed a four-year contract with the Bees.

Thomas Frank said: "We’re very happy to have signed Mark. He’s a player with a lot of quality who will strengthen our goalkeeper group.

Defender Ashley Young will leave Aston Villa following the end of his contract this summer after a two-year spell.

The former England right-back played 32 times this season as Villa came seventh in the Premier League to qualify for the Europa Conference League.

The 37-year-old re-joined Villa in 2021 from Inter Milan on an initial one-year deal before his contract was extended.

Raya to Spurs then. They already signed Strakosha at the start of last season.

Surely can’t be Spurs? They don’t have a manager or a sporting director.

Spurs, Utd or Chelsea though I agree.

Neither did they at this point in 2021 but they still signed players, they still have the "big club pull" for players at clubs like Brentford. Plus I feel like they want rid of Lloris and Forster is terrible...

Mount to Man Utd on the cards..

I like him, think there is a very good pressing player in there, just not sure how he fits in this Man Utd side or who he will be displacing.

Youri Tielemans has confirmed that he is leaving Leicester City this summer now that his contract is expiring. He possibly would have left anyway but relegation has given him the perfect excuse to leave now.

Re Mason Mount I wouldn't be too thrilled if he joined Man United, he doesn't seem to be as effective as he used to be and I don't think he would make our squad better than it is at the moment.

It will be interesting to see how Brentford's manager, Thomas Frank, utilizes Flekken and how he integrates into the team's playing style. The goalkeeper position is crucial in any team, and having quality options can make a difference in crucial moments during matches.

A bargain, Vamos Alexis!!

Yes very good piece of business I have to say. You're getting someone tried and tested rather than an overseas flop.
