I’m still enjoying this and I’m hopeful that it being a hit whilst the likes of ‘Vulgar’ have flopped will convince Madonna that this is more in line with the music she should be making. Catchy song, good vocals.

She always had a joint lead credit, but Playboi Carti was "demoted" to a feature on Apple while Madonna retained joint lead status, therefore making her name look more prominent.

Illegal, chart manipulating and down right abhorrent behaviour from her!

I said it before, but I think most Madonna fans are well aware that she's not the one that's driving this single's success hence the sort of muted reaction from her fanbase. Sure it's nice to see her back on the charts, but it's unlikely to do much for her solo stuff.

Yeah this is my take on it too. I'm still happy to see it doing well and it's going to be another tally to her Top 10 hits, but the song would still be achieving pretty much the same success without her on the track. It's not like she's beaten the odds in the way Kylie has done.

It missed out by 332 sales this week, but I think it should get there next week!

I hope it gets there, been far too long since Madonna was in the top 10 singles chart! I am gutted she never did it in the 10s decade. Often wonder what her chart position would have been like had she released Rebel Heart album over MDNA, I could have seen living for love charting higher than it did later on had the whole debacle of MDNA not happened.

Yes I don’t view it as a Madonna single as such. It’s great that she’s a part of it and I’m happy to see it doing okay for all involved but it doesn’t excite me like new solo Madonna material would.
