It does seem to have changed, before bmg had some longevity with album releases due to well planned out campaigns which doesn't seem to happen ad much now.

In the same way '10 Out Of 10' is still gonna happen.

What a shame the song flopped! It's my favorite song on the album and way better than Padam (Which I still dislike).
