August 7, 20232 yr Anne-Marie would’ve easily got the #1 album if she released this week She would have and it was unfortunate timing. I think Cian will get the album as he’s been begging all night but it would be another win for independent artists if The Sherlocks or Skindred get it.

August 7, 20232 yr The album chart race might be more interesting if I cared about any of the artists involved... (I know the name Skindred from them charting before but previously knew nothing about them, they certainly sound like quite an interesting band judging by their Wikipedia bio though so would be kinda here for them to hold on, I do think Cian will probably catch up over the week though). Yay for Billie being back ahead of Dua, hopefully back on track for a #substanceful #1 next week! More new entries in the top 100 singles midweeks than I expected, after only getting 1 new song in the Spotify top 200 on Saturday I was fearing there might be barely anything in next week's top 100 poll :lol: (reminds me I need to get the current one of those up x)
