Then I think it will climb next week due to the album launch and then there will be a few remixes coming and extended mix on i tumes and maybe radio edit on i tunes?

Really the extra push started from last night so if there is an impact it'll show in tomorrows figures. I'm sure it'll be top 75 for a third week.

Thats what im half hoping that the benefits of the show will kick in today and her chart position will improve.

The downloads will stay strong but that maybe only a few hundred

 

I think they need (probably already have) reinvent an edit/feature ready for after the album to almost start again with it. However they may well be happy with it and it's sold the album etc so they can let it run its course. It will be easier to keep it off ACR if streaming is low on week 9 and they release a remix lol

I think any further push for this single (if there is one) will be post album - their sole focus now will be the album and they won’t want remixes etc., interfering with that or taking away any potential streams/playlist support that will help the album.

Wonder if we can get what ever song is on the NMF playlsits a top 100 chart position and have potentially 3 Kylie tracks top 100 in one week?

Unless people are actively seeking it out then it’s not going to get any passive plays due to almost zero Spotify support :nocheer:

 

Shockingly disheartening.

Lets put this into perspective, this song is the 2nd biggest song from her time with BMG and has been a top 20 smash.

 

The spotify figures at this point are to be expected for me when Spotify didnt really give it much playlist support, as people have mentioned there will be very little passive plays and those playlist passive plays are what give a song a big boost on streaming.

 

Tension is actually a really great song and musically is really 'in', spotify just chose to give it little support probably due to the Kylie apple deal and maybe just ageism huns
