JP Cooper springs to mind here too. Don't think he's been mentioned yet. One with Jonas Blue and then his own with 'September Song'!

I always thought this was Train's only Top 40 hit:

Forgot that I used to enjoy this song as well:

^ they had 'Drops Of Jupiter' which made top 10 9 years before HSS!

I guess we could always create a thread where an act is a 3 hit wonder in that case ;) (they did have a couple more lower top 40 hits though too lol).

Drops of jupiter for me is their best song.

We could do a one hit era wonder thread, acts that had a big era with an album and a few singles but flopped afterwards.

Yeah, Train are far from OHWs (or *not quite* OHWs) one the basis of Drops of Jupiter, Hey Soul Sister, Drive By & Play That Song imo.

We've (pretty much) had that one! - http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t=0&start=0

I bloody loved Little Boots first era and Train has had some bops too!

I love AM Gold but that’s far too recent a song to discuss here!

He had not one but two top 15 hits but nothing else went top 40. He did release a cover of........... 'Fast Car' everyone and nan were on it even then lol.

Junior Senior had arguably one of the biggest dance tracks in 2003 with Move Your Feet which got to #3 but who remembers Rhythm Bandits from the same year? It got to #22 (I really enjoy it)

Can remember 'Rhythm Bandits' from it being on the soundtrack for FIFA 2004.

They recently appeared in and exited one of the ongoing survivors and haven't been mentioned here yet... Noah and The Whale had two hits. Must say I do prefer 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.' but both are good!

Video was blocked for 5YT!

Love those two, also 50 Ways To Say Goodbye.

Vanessa Carlton

A Thousand Miles was obviously a moment. Her only other chart hit in the Uk was a top 20 with Counting Crows

My favourite by him is a little #54 charting “hit” ‘Some Say’. The video is famous for featuring Meredith Kercher

Oh love me some Noah and the Whale - I saw them just before they became big at the Camden Crawl festival. They were absolutely awesome. '5 Years Time' and 'Shape of My Heart' (not a Backstreet Boys cover but even better) are my favourite two but all their albums are worth a listen. Was pleasantly surprised they got a second big hit after nothing from their second album took off.

'The First Days of Spring' (song) is my favourite Noah & The Whale song. Just absolutely STUNNING!

Talking about Showtek, which I'm hyping up for at the moment for their upcoming hard dance album, I doubt anyone remember Booyah wasn't their only UK hit.

I do remember BAD with David Guetta and the controversial pitched-up Vassy vocals, but I'm not quite familiar with their vocal version of Cannonball.
