The comeback is extremely flat in the early stages.

They need to up their game in the weeks ahead.

A little bit sad there are no songs with Jay or Rob, even as featuring at some songs.

So more likely Oasis will be back together earlier than these guys :)

I think there is more of a chance of Robbie returning even as a guest appearance than Jason, I think Jason made his money and just wants to wait completly out of the limelight which is understandable as I don't think Jason hugely enjoyed the whole fame aspect.

I'm just thinking they have never done more than 3 studio albums without a line up change so if tgey do another album after This Life as ac3 piece it will be a first.

They are touring Europe for the album. 'This Life'.

Spain, Germany, Ireland, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Switzerland. Below is the year they last toured in that country:

Austria: 2019.

Denmark: 2023.

Germany: 2019.

Hungary: Never.

Ireland: 2019.

Italy: 2019.

Portugal: Never.

Spain: 2007.

Switzerland: 2019.

Other European nations they have toured, and their last visit:

Belgium: 2019.

Finland: 1994.

France: 2019.

Netherlands: 2019.

Sweden: 1994.

I'm surprised they haven't done a concert in Norway.

Nations toured outside of Europe are as follows:

Australia: 2017. Oceania.

Indonesia: 1995. Asia.

Israel: 2017. Middle East.

Japan: 1995. Asia.

New Zealand: 2017. Oceania.

Singapore: 2016. Asia.

Taiwan: 2007. Asia.

Thailand: 2016. Asia.

United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2017. Middle East.

Hopefully Africa, North & South America one day.

There had been some posts with people discussing 'Windows' not charting well, while others explain that for legacy acts the album is the important release. I start to think that neither single nor album are really important as the sales cannot feed the artist(s). Both are only the hook for the tour.

Although on a tour, most artists would only perform a few songs from any new album

I think new material is just needed by the artist as part of their growth and progression through their career. For legacy acts outside of the most devout fans, most of the audience are only there for the hits and don't care about new material.

With physical album sales so, so low now -I often wonder if it's worth the effort of producing new music - but I guess they "have" to otherwise there is no moving forward and growing as an artist.

Labels have to struggle to make money directly from album sales in the current sales market.

Interesting at the rate they are getting the singles out - I guess they are trying to build on streaming as much as possible as that’s what will let them down and we could see them following everyone else recently with a 3-4 week chart run.
They are going for a very stripped back sound on this album from the releases we have received so far.

The title track has been playlisted by Heart and Capital. Heart isn’t too much of a surprise, but it’s great to see Capital on board!
