I only discovered He Stranger earlier this year on Now 80s Alternative, Anne was a French chanteuse on Trevor Horn’s label but despite a lot of hype she never charted sadly. The video is very mid 80s London, seedy but artistic.

Oop missed the very start of this but I'm here now!

 

The Annie song was definitely among the less fitting songs for the theme (although quite a few were pretty tenuous) but still was a fan of the song. And great pick from Nate, Mareux are 4 for 4 on good song contest entries x really liked the CRIMER song too.

 

I remember thinking the kmoe song sounded like a Seven entry so it being !!! makes sense given Seven didn't actually enter this. Quite surprised to see that one taking the early lead!

 

Also was fairly sure Anne Pigalle would be Rollo :o (actually my first thought was WoW73 but he also didn't enter)
