Good riddance. I found her thoroughly unlikeable.

I found her entertaining in her delusion, but honestly I think she is damaged and really should have taken time for herself to heal instead of leaping onto one of the biggest tv shows she could do where cameras are on her 24/7, so it was better for her to go at this point . I really don’t think she deserves the lashings of hate and boos just for being an arselicker and a bit fake, it’s not that deep :lol:

 

Thank god Levi went, he makes Nikita and Colson look like the life of the party, I did think he’d be the first out of the bunch though because surely there is NOTHING to vote for. Glad David stayed as he’s by far my fave and I was getting a bit worried!

I don’t think Ekin-Su is a bad person to be honest, if you look at what happened on Danicng On Ice then just breaking up with Davide she has been through a lot this year and I think she’s very damaged and that explains why she’s so barbed, defensive and guarded. I think she doesn’t want to let anyone in, she doesn’t even want to show her true self really and that’s why she is absorbing other people’s personalities and being so performative and false.

 

That obviously doesn’t make her likeable for doing what she’s doing, but I think I understand it a bit. As I’ve said prior, I think she made probably the worst possible choice to make at a point where she has a lot to work through by going on this show, because she’s imploding in on herself on national TV.

I love Ekin but I don’t know what’s happened to make her have her guard up SO much. I’ll take big brother as a blip for her as she’s usually iconic! I hope she’s okay after getting out, she’s had it tough lately before entering BB. She’s not a bad person.

I honestly don’t see what Ekin has done wrong. I think I’ve been watching a very different show here. If anyone’s got an attitude against women it’s Fern (young attractive women at least). I won’t even say what i really want to say.

 

But yeah I don’t think she’s warranted the level of tweets she’s had at all. This series has been pretty tame to some C5 series for example like we seen some real villains on there - Ekin really hasn’t done anything in my opinion. Obviously she come across differently on Love Island but the aim of that show was different. I don’t think she’s anywhere near as confident as you’d perhaps assume and she was out of her depth on a show like this (I think maybe she did this show a series too soon personally).

1000% agreed. I don’t understand how she’s being made out to be so awful, when she’s nothing like actually villains from past series. I strongly dislike Fern and her vile attitude.

I have to agree that timing wasn’t right! Or maybe CBB but in another country could’ve been better as her Love Island series was pretty big and she’s been the last “impactful” islander. Well I’d even say shes one of the few islanders across the entire UK run who’s known to people who don’t even watch the show her and Molly Mae id have said we’re the biggest ones to come from the show.

 

I’m sure this will soon blow over but yeah. I’ve sent her a little message in the hope she may see it with some encouraging words on there. I really don’t think she’s done anything wrong though.

This late and live show is an absolute mess

Layton gave huge hypocrite vibes there given how much of a point they made about people being awful to them online during last years Strictly. Classic definition of someone who can dish out criticism but can’t take any themselves.

I find it insane how even Paul, Kerry, Dylan didn’t get as much of a grilling as Ekin-Su like… I’m sorry she just lied a bit and was a bit fake, like I said, it’s really not as deep as people are making out tbh. She’s clearly very defensive, coming off as cold, but I still am quite baffled by the reception from Will and AJ.
