November 20, 20232 yr A shame about Emeli. Radio 2 have been big supporters of her consistently and every single has had its moment there. Maybe she just needed that little bit more promotion somewhere this week to help it out.
November 20, 20232 yr Especially when her debut album which was the biggest album of 2012 also nearly became the biggest album of 2013 too. She would’ve had the biggest album of 2013 if it weren’t for 1D
November 20, 20232 yr Hopefully it remains in the Top 75, then you can 'read all about it' in Alan Jones' weekly update. :magic:
November 20, 20232 yr Ooo great classic early 00s rock albums by Evanescence and Muse back in the top 40. 'Absolution' is easily Muse's masterpiece!
November 20, 20232 yr Expecting Tay to make it 4 weeks at #1 then! Can’t believe how well 1989tv is doing! So proud. Also hope Tate can maintain her top 10 spot but I fear wham will overtake :(
November 21, 20232 yr Some must obviously think Christmas is now a November+ December thing the way these are being streamed.
November 21, 20232 yr Pull through Emeli Sande; the album is a huge improvement on the last two! Yes, it feels a bit of a throwback to her first album in places. Shocking that she doesn't even have enough fans left to guarantee a top 40 album, after how huge she was a decade ago.
November 21, 20232 yr Here for Sam Ryder getting an Alexa smash Yes it's a properly good Christmas song too, which I hope could become a perennial.
November 21, 20232 yr weird that Flo Rida-The Dancefloor, which has been top 3 on Amazon for the last couple weeks is not top 100 or Ruth B-28, while Sam Ryder, who has been much much lower is comfortable in

November 21, 20232 yr I guess but that Script song is on ACR cos its old, the Flo Rida one is new-ish (I think) think Alexa just makes up the Amazon chart :D
November 21, 20232 yr I guess but that Script song is on ACR cos its old, the Flo Rida one is new-ish (I think) think Alexa just makes up the Amazon chart :D Yeah, but there’s absolutely no way a 0:48 Script interlude is actually one of the Top 50 most played songs on Amazon Music at the moment! :P Even that Flo Rida song is getting barely streamed elsewhere.
November 21, 20232 yr Yeah, but there’s absolutely no way a 0:48 Script interlude is actually one of the Top 50 most played songs on Amazon Music at the moment! :P Even that Flo Rida song is getting barely streamed elsewhere. Is it impossible? I don't follow the Amazon chart (other than what I see mentioned here) but I could believe if the Alexa algorithm is somehow playing it a lot, like, say, if you ask it to set you a wake-up alarm and it decides 'Awakening' is just the thing you need
November 21, 20232 yr Unless Madness is so far ahead Taylor fans should ensure her streams and purchases get No 1. But it’s a moral victory for Madness. Don’t care about the anti-male act thing. They’ve been a part of British culture and a big part of my life and they’ deserve a No 1 album. Doesn’t detract from what Taylor has achieved which is incredible. So I prefer the underdog here.
November 21, 20232 yr It's a shame Madness released this week, if they released last week they could've had the Thanksgiving #1 album.
November 21, 20232 yr It's a shame Madness released this week, if they released last week they could've had the Thanksgiving #1 album. Is the Thanksgiving number one an actual thing 😂 Or is it a celebration in this country even!

November 21, 20232 yr Hoping Noah Kahan can keep climbing Edited November 21, 20232 yr by mrbrightside
November 21, 20232 yr I expect Take That to get #1 album next week. Their previous album, despite it being a GH album sold 105,721 copies in its first week
