I see 'Needle' is down to being only the 4th highest song from Nicki's album but still apparently the one UK radio stations are pushing!

Didn't someone say they're releasing physicals for it in the new year? I imagine they assumed it wouldn't have a chance for Christmas #1. (Not sure if he has the kind of fanbase to sell a significant number of physical singles anyway though).

Brenda’s actually on 925k today when you combine it with the Re-recorded Version at #160, only 4K behind Mariah.

 

Also unfortunately saying that it’s close when applying ACR doesn’t mean anything. Noah had comfortably more than half of Wham!’s streams on last week’s Spotify chart but was nowhere near officially

 

Only just thought of this, following all of the ‘Taylor’s Version’ discussions. For Official Chart purposes, surely the two versions of Brenda Lee would not be combined as they are on different record labels? Whereas for Wham! the Pudding Mix (and an alternative ‘Single Version’ get a fair number of streams as well, and these would all be included.

If Brenda is combined then she is on 831K today - 15K in front of Mariah and only 28K behind Wham.

 

The new Juice Wrld X Eminem song is also at #113 today (Ironically behind 'Godzilla').

 

The Weeknd's 'Popular' also seems to be holding up really well, I think it would be at #12 if there were no Christmas songs in the chart.

I noticed that too last week and was wondering the same thing :unsure: it's charted for the last 8 years consecutively and got as high as #54 last year so it's really odd for it not to be showing up at all this year!

Christmas songs on the whole seems to be down a little week on week again today, and still way down on 2 weeks ago. The Christmas music burnout is real this year

Wonder if this will affect how streams over Christmas itself compare to the last few years. You'd expect the weekly streams to be higher this year as 22-25 Dec all falls within the same chart week, but maybe the daily streams won't be quite as off the scale as we've been used to.
