December 11, 20232 yr Not sure what people here think of Jorja's version of 'Stay Another Day' but I don't rate it at all - I find the production grating and it lacks any of the emotion of the original. Could do without it being a big hit but I guess it's a bit late for that, thanks Alexa.
December 11, 20232 yr I haven't seen anything positive for that Jorja cover here yet I can't imagine a majority of the people "streaming" it are actually enjoying it, people just can't be bothered to ask Alexa to skip (within the first 30 seconds, if at all) when it comes on the Sam Ryder song though, as an upbeat original piece that actually sounds Christmassy, I'd guess more people actually like it (though without the promotion of being spammed by Alexa it still wouldn't be charting of course).

I can't think of a specific example off the top off my head, but I swear there have been instances where similar releases were listed separately in the midweek update and the combined in the final chart.
December 11, 20232 yr Idk how close it is with Michael in the mix but I can see Tate overtaking Nick but Michael leapfrogging both by the end of the week! If only Tate had more variants/a vinyl release!!

December 11, 20232 yr I haven’t seen the same album charting separately but I’ve seen instances of it being in the singles chart such as the U2 song Even Better Than The Real Thing having 2 separate chart entries because of the remix
