January 5, 20242 yr Author Confidence Man being booted off after just two weeks on the C-list isn't going to do much for his confidence! I had a sneaky feeling they would re-playlist 'Exes' in the new year if Tate didn't move on to another single. The misspelling of 'entrepreneur' is really hurting my eyes :unsure: Not sure what the point of the Hot Recurrents is, just seems an excuse to play recently removed songs!

I’m pretty sure that Jungle song has been playlisted before hasn’t it? Also strange to see them get rid of ‘exes’ and then add it back again a few weeks later. Also feels a bit late for ‘Lil Boo Thing’ now really. Btw they have changed the Nicki song from ‘Needle’ to ‘Pink Friday Girls’ on the B List. A shame they’ve made that the single as I’d have liked to see ‘Everybody’ on there instead.

Technically 'Pink Friday Girls' is a new entry on the B-list then, but I'll modify the OP as per the website. And yes they did playlist the Jungle song last May, not sure why they're pushing that again, seems odd in this day and age.

January 5, 20242 yr Echo the comments on Confidence Man, really no need to remove them so soon. I also thought they would be moving up the playlist this week. They might as well have just put ‘exes’ back on the A-list this week seeing as they shouldn’t have ditched it in the first place.

January 5, 20242 yr I guess me and Hadji will start to include Strangers in our Now 117 predictions in the future! I wouldn’t at all be surprised if they chose to include him, let alone make the song Track 1 despite it not likely to be a major hit for him. I think it is very likely to feature if they still have the rights to those bonus tracks. As for the rest, I’m keen to see how Paul Russell does, I think that could be in the charts for a few weeks perhaps.

Happy to see adds for The Last Dinner Party, CMAT and the new Lewis one is decent! Also upward movement for ‘Cold Reactor’, ‘Close One’ and ‘Watch Me’! Also what with this recurrent list - must be songs they had one the playlist long enough but are still peaking chart wise I assume given the nature of streaming and the charts now?
