It’ll be like when positions missed out in 2020 after spending 6 weeks at #1 and then made it (although only just) in 2021. I imagine That’s So True will be top 20 next year tbh.

That’s quite a bit less than I expected at this point for Wham! :o

Happy to see Not Like Us back in the top 40 even if Gaga will knock it out next week. Wonder if Sailor Song will go platinum this week

Assuming next week is the last week:

Mariah's definitely in.

Brenda needs ~130k to make it, which is almost certain imo.

That's So True would probably need 55k which seems like a bit of a stretch so unlikely to make it.

exes, KEHLANI & 360 are in danger

Last week sales for the big 3 Christmas ones last year:

Wham 190k

Mariah 165k

Brenda 144k

Wonder how much they'll do in comparison this year...

Wham did 8.5 mill on Spotify for the week that week so far 4.7 mill with three days to go including the two massive days so probably 3 mill ish more streams. Over all platforms probably 8 mill more streams so I’d say they’ll all be up quite significantly

Can you explain how Move has done 14k sales last week. It's below 'Holiday Road' on the independent chart which we know from the sales report only did 10k

“360” is already ahead of “Kehlani” so should be fine as long as it can get past “Exes” and assuming “That’s So True” doesn’t make it.

Not sure - maybe it should be a couple of k lower but I don’t see how it can be #85 having only done 10k. Last week’s independent chart placing looks too low based on its YTD climb too so I can’t explain it.

Think it just must've done a little bit more than we think before it charted. That whole 81-86 section is extremely tight actually

Fairs, guess there's always margin for error when predicting the sales. Thanks as always for compiling.

Guess we'll find out what the final chart looks like on Friday.

My final sales and position predictions have been prematurely locked in as I won't really have charts on mind during Christmas and Boxing Day  will be finding out how well I did on Friday. Thanks so much to both Julian and Maestro for your graft and help!
Just outside, went gold last week. Will end the year on around 415k so about 25k short of making the list

Edited by Maestro

Good streaming figures for Wham this week, over 10.5 million streams on Spotify alone.
