June 25, 20241 yr Author New to the Top 100: Birds Of A Feather Houdini Lunch Stargazing Not Like Us Leaving the Top 100: Blinding Lights Adore U Seventeen Going Under Valerie I Ain’t Worried Down Bad must be extremely close: I’m expecting to see that, Good Luck, Babe! and Please Please Please in the half year chart next week.
June 26, 20241 yr Author Where’s Snooze by SZA by the way? I’m surprised it’s still in #95, now back to back with Saturn at #96. It has held up incredibly well - long outlasted Kill Bill and Saturn is already barely out-streaming it.
June 30, 20241 yr Will Espresso catch Stick Season? Should be a close one It'd need to be an average of 24.3k ahead (of both songs' SCR total) every week for the rest of the year, that seems like a tall order.
June 30, 20241 yr Author It is a tall order but not impossible as the gap is more than 40k per week at the moment and Espresso has been incredibly stable. Stick Season has actually dropped off a bit faster than I would have expected for a monster hit over the last couple of months. Great to have a battle on our hands after all anyway.
June 30, 20241 yr But you'd also expect that as we move into autumn and winter months that would favour 'Stick Season' a lot more, I wouldn't be surprised if it is back ahead of 'Espresso' on a weekly basis by the end of the year - agreed though that it is at least interesting that the EOY #1 isn't a 100% foregone conclusion as I initially thought it would have been.

June 30, 20241 yr Well remember her album is released in August Which is famously not part of autumn or winter :kink:
June 30, 20241 yr Which is famously not part of autumn or winter :kink: Autumn is considered September and the album is released August 23 so I’m sure it will be boosted into autumn thanks to the album, stick season was great but there is no reason it’ll get some major resurgence. My money is on espresso

July 2, 20241 yr Hoping "My Love Mine All Mine" can somehow hold on til the year's end but feel it's somewhat unlikely at this point. Any idea how close "BAND4BAND" and "I Don't Wanna Wait" are, I'd estimate they can't be far off?
July 2, 20241 yr Author Hoping "My Love Mine All Mine" can somehow hold on til the year's end but feel it's somewhat unlikely at this point. Any idea how close "BAND4BAND" and "I Don't Wanna Wait" are, I'd estimate they can't be far off? Yeah “My Love Mine All Mine” is only doing about 6k per week now so probably won’t hold on sadly. “Band4Band” I have on 221k so definitely coming next week. “I Don’t Wanna Wait” I have 210k so probably coming in 2-3 weeks.
July 2, 20241 yr I thought Dua's Houdini was much closer to 600k (I know it's not that far) and was hoping this week would get Platinum Certification!!!
July 3, 20241 yr Author I thought Dua's Houdini was much closer to 600k (I know it's not that far) and was hoping this week would get Platinum Certification!!! I had another look and I think 570k is a reasonable estimate for “Houdini” so I’ll be surprised if it goes platinum this week. “Illusion” should go silver though (and “Dance The Night” will reach 1 million).
July 3, 20241 yr 100k difference between being top 40 and not even top 100 isn't that big of a gap Wonder how close WAOLOM is and whether it could manage a few weeks
