February 11, 20241 yr Of the 17 new albums to have entered the Top 20 this year, only two have managed a 2nd week in the Top20 and neither of those managed a 3rd week. Meanwhile, at present, there are 12 albums in the Top 20 which were released between 2 and 22 years ago, 5 by Taylor Swift and 5 are greatest hits collections. This is a pretty remarkable state of affairs. I'd be expecting Declan to go top 3 this week, no? Interested to see if Last Dinner Party manage any sort of hold. Still top 10 too optimistic? In the singles, hope Benson overtakes Teddy to become the #1 heir apparently.

I'm sure that he'll do more in the future for his next album, hopefully you can find time to go to one of those! yes hopefully! if it wasnt so last minute i think i wouldve been able to but i asked for the extra shifts as its half term break so i couldnt exactly ask for them off after that lol.

The hype doesn’t seem to be there for his album, I bought his first 2 albums but haven’t yet bought this one. I think Noah will get it - I’ve ended up with an extra 3 copies due to booking to go to 2 of his Banquet signings this week and HMV signing too!
February 11, 20241 yr Author I would've expected the Kanye album to get #1 (unless it underperforms by his usual standard), regardless it could be a decent sales week with Noah and probably The Weeknd passing 10k with the extended versions, and Declan's last album opened with 12k so maybe he can do something similar again (idk what to expect for Usher, presumably it'll sell a fair bit better than his last one given the Superbowl promo x)
