It’s moved 2-1 on the apple iTunes chart!

It was smart of him to price it at £3.99, tbh more artists should make that the standard price. For the minuscule amount of downloads even huge albums are going to receive, why not?

Instead of moaning about deadwood songs avoiding ACR, don’t stream them because if you’re streaming those particular songs, you’re adding to the problem

Some songs will avoid longer than others as they are more successful that’s what makes the chart interesting as it shows levels of popularity!

I think whether one person on here streams them once or twice will literally make no meaningful difference.

Although I might now stream each one ten times a day just to make you feel better

(Except 'Prada')

'Flowers' would surely be way higher than that if it was reset.

Interesting race for the #1 album this week, I could see a scenario where any of the top 3 end up getting it - I think I'm still gonna predict it'll be Noah as I don't think Kanye & Ty's streams are going to hold up that well and there is a big gap to close but then again this update is missing their peak streaming day so they should be a lot closer than they currently appear to be. Poor Declan if he ends up being #2 again!

Dizzee Rascal's last 2 albums (both since he stopped having hit singles) charted at #10 and #13 so the new one starting at #6 is if anything an underperformance I'd say.

I see the singles midweek update is crediting the single from the Kanye/Ty album as it was for its single release (i.e. '¥$' as the lead artist and '/ Once Again' at the end of the title, although no listed credit for North West), a bit of a mess that it has totally different tags on the album. Probably likely it won't be one of the 3 charting Kanye songs by the end of the week anyway. 'Runaway' might also be kicked out of the chart by the 3 track rule but only for one week if so I'd expect.

Noah nearly doing double than Teddy Swims/Sophie/Boone

But 23k is the lowest he’s been on a Monday for a long time and this is with the album release so he would be a lot closer to the rest next week even without ACR

Kanye + OCC = mess? Never!

Good idea. She could’ve easily picked out another song from Midnights instead of picking out a random song from Lover to be her latest single

she didnt pick it though  it organically blew up over the course of the eras tour. of coursre when that happened shed make it a single, it would be stupid to try and push a different single when this was blowing up

You'll never get through to him, seriously.

This has been explained to him at least 30 times and it still hasn't registered.

Is Kanyes daughter called North West??

I'm not sure Declan will have too many sales left he can squeeze out of this week, so expect he'll be #2 behind Noah.

Good hold for Last Dinner Party!

If Sophie winds up getting an increase, then she could go #1 next week so long as Noah does go ACR

This is the last week of the Noah/Sophie era for sure, both had a good run but a lot of new songs in the mix

Did Usher perform any of his new songs at yesterday’s Super Bowl? If he didn’t, then he should have as it would’ve helped his singles and new album to be big
I don't think anyone ever performs brand new songs at the Super Bowl halftime show. The whole point of it is bringing on an iconic artist to perform all their biggest hits. It'd kind of kill the vibe of the performance if they broke into a random new song that no one knows.

He didn't.

The average person doesn't want to hear new songs at events like that! It just makes for an awkward couple of minutes.

i find it a lot more questionable that DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love wasn't performed despite the Minecraft parody making it one of his most relevant hits these days x
