I prefer S Club to every artist that's been revealed below them :kink:

Fleetwood Mac have held up really well for a band of that generation. It helps that they've got so many classics of course, 'Go Your Own Way' and 'Everywhere' being my top two

I hated S Club's first single but they got better and better and 'Don't Stop Moving' was easily the pinnacle of their (relatively short) career.

Tomorrow we get to the first act to get 20 voters as we cruise over the 300 point mark and our first faller from the top 10 last time around.

Ooh some big ones out in Blondie, Fleetwood Mac and Radiohead :o

I got into Blondie via 'Heart of Glass' (still an absolute tune) and ended up loving their Parallel Lines and Eat to the Beat albums a lot in particular.

My mum was lucky enough to see Fleetwood Mac live so a combination of her appreciation and hearing Rumours songs in the wild warmed me to them. I know people say 'Albatross' is an odd #1 for them, considering the enduring classics with vocals in their back catalogue, but it's actually my favourite of theirs. <3

Radiohead are another act I decided to reward a lot because I got into them since the last rate. OK Computer was an incredible gateway

S Club 7 and Fleetwood, love both, nice to see both this high

Like someone else said also great to see a bit more of a mixed bag at the top. Excited for the top 16!

I was sure i voted for S Club 7 , i checked and didnt , this was an error!!

I’ve lost 130 points in 7 reveals oops, with S Club the only non vote. “Don’t Stop Moving” and “Reach” are classics though, and they had a few other decent singles.

Radiohead favourites:

Street Spirit

No Surprises

Pyramid Somg

Blondie favourites:

Atomic

Sunday Girl

Call Me

Fleetwood Mac favourites:

Little Lies

The Chain

Oh Well

(But there are so many other brilliant songs)

Faves from Fleetwood Mac would be Rhiannon and The Chain (and most of Rumours), with Blondie.. definitely Heart of Glass, Call Me and Sunday Girl.

9 UK TOP 40 HITS

BIGGEST HIT: NEVER EVER (#1, 1997) UNDER THE BRIDGE/ LADY MARMALADE (#1, 1998) BOOTIE CALL (#1, 1998) PURE SHORES (#1, 2000) BLACK COFFEE (#1, 2000)

Love those two <3

Take That I always liked in the 90s, from Pray onwards aside from a couple of underwhelming singles like Sure and Love Don't Live Here Anymore, they were putting out incredible pop records.

And then that continued from about 2006-2011 after they reformed. I saw them live last summer and thought it was fantastic, incredible entertainers with a brilliant back catalogue.

All Saints are sublime, such a breath of fresh air in the late 90s and I liked all of their albums released this century too. Rock Steady and One Strike are particularly wonderful outside of the many 1997-2000 classics.

Great to see Take That climb a couple of places, while their recent material isn't as good for me they still have so many great songs that love plus they are fantastic live.

All saints I was never really a fan of but I do love pure shores.

Take That have some fantastic songs but not enough to make my top 30 but still great

Love All Saints, shame they’ve disbanded again because some of their recent material has been just as good as the stuff in the 90s

Neither made my votes but both acts have some great highlights - particularly love 'Pure Shores' and 'Black Coffee' from All Saints. I enjoyed Take That's Progress album and my favourites from their singles catalogue are: 'Patience', 'The Flood', 'Rule The World' and 'Back For Good' so largely team man-band when it comes to them it appears.

I'd have given Take That some more points if I voted in this again, no doubt! I've delved into their discography recently and it's been a really enjoyable experience, way more diverse than I'd anticipated. Cheeky plug for my current countdown where I'm ranking every Take That single from my least fave upwards :kink: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=274504 x

All Saints are superb and, impressively, released what I find to be their best album post-reunion, the Red Flag album is just perfect

Two very solid pop acts there. Only gave them a combined total of 3 points but (depending on how you define the term) would consider them the 'best boyband' and 'best girlband'

Not really a fan of the last two but they had their moments. All Saints were far preferable to Spice Girls for me, and Never Ever is a perfect Pop song. Equally, Take That's Back For Good is pretty sublime.

Fleetwood Mac are something of an oddity. Rumours is obviously brilliant, Rhiannon I truly adore and I like Tusk, Tango and the self titled, as well as a lot of the early singles but I could happily never hear again anything they did between 1970 and 1975 or after 1987. Stevie Nicks however is one of the all time great female singers.

Blondie making the top 20 :cheer: 'Maria' was a fab first introduction for me but they have so many classics, 'Call Me', 'Heart Of Glass', 'Atomic' among others.

Like the known songs by Fleetwood Mac and the odd discovery but still wouldn't make a list imo. Classic band of course though.

S Club of course a massive nostalgia trip act and so many bangers among also some lovely ballads. Take That I like some songs of but wouldn't class as a fave of mine overall. Surprised All Saints are this high though but not complaining as they made my votes and have some all time singles in 'Pure Shores', 'Black Coffee' and 'Never Ever'. 'Rock Steady' also a great comeback single from them too.
