Both this and dance alone are both nice stop gaps but i dont see either having much replay value for me further down the road.
I’m loving ‘Midnight Ride’. It’s one of my favourite singles of Kylie’s in recent years - I certainly prefer it to ‘Magic’ and ‘Say Something’, and possibly even ‘Tension’ and ‘Hold On To Now’.
I think so far I've got more mileage out of this than I did with 'Dance Alone', I'm still really liking it!

Agree, DA done nothing for me but still loving this and have delved into Orville’s back catalogue too which is really good.

i still have both on repeat. usually with Padam and Tension singles in various mixes. Like a mini EP
It’s great to see MR back up to number 16 on iTunes - right behind the current Official number 1 and 2.

Yep nice rise from 34 to 16 as the Glasto tunes fall away a little.

Has it been reduced on itunes yet?

^^ No, still 99p on iTunes.

A shame we haven’t had a video or remixed, but love the song and pleased we have it.

There’s a 7” vinyl single and once again it’s an Australian store exclusive…

I could understand this for Dance Again with Sia also being Australian, but it seems rather random to do an Australian exclusive for an Orville Peck single?

Same tactic as Dance Again, can’t be bought without a copy of Orville’s album.

I said that maybe the case. It's Warner doing this I guess. Oh well

£73 + p&p for album vinyl and 7" single

No thanks

And it's just an instrumental, not even a remix

Guess the main market for Aussie physicals is Kylie fans regardless of whether the other artist is Australian.

Thing is. He would sell loads of albums in UK if he did £20 7" single + CD album , no p&p

He is South African lol, not Australian

Cheapest way to get it is £30 for the vinyl and download version of his album.

This seems to be Warner Australia’s way of getting in some extra sales via Kylie’s fan base and a local decision.

I’ve ordered but for £44 delivered it’s a piss take - but I guess the Australian and USA fans have had years and years of UK exclusives that they’ve had to pay through the nose for.

It's just a weird way of doing things but what do I know.

Let's hope her own albums, singles are still done in UK

It's just a weird way of doing things but what do I know.

Warner Australia knew from Sia there is ££££ to be made especially as they ship globally, I guess Warner UK, USA etc., could do the same if they wished.
