June 10, 20241 yr Germany and Hungary for me but Switzerland will sneak through as one of the best 3rd placed teams.

June 10, 20241 yr In years gone by you would say Germany will easily dominate this group but I'm not so sure now. I would still expect them to top the group but don't think they will get maximum points. I actually think Scotland could have a chance of getting 2nd or 3rd here then we'll see how the rankings go after that.
June 13, 20241 yr Author Should be a comfortable win for Germany tomorrow over Scotland, although anything can happen.
June 13, 20241 yr not really understanding the hype around Hungary, I can't see them picking up any points. think Scotland have a decent shot at getting out of the group, Germany still lack the depth they had a decade ago, wouldn't be surprised to see an upset tomorrow night.
June 14, 20241 yr Germany are hosts so can see them doing well. Hungary have a great goalkeeper, centre back and Siblo in midfield so will do well but after going unbeaten in 2023 and beating Germany and England this year are now well placed to show they are the real deal but maybe they’ve peaked too early!
June 14, 20241 yr Author I believe this is the second time Scotland have played in the first match of a major tournament, 1998 World Cup against Brazil and now Euro 2024 against Germany?
June 14, 20241 yr I believe this is the second time Scotland have played in the first match of a major tournament, 1998 World Cup against Brazil and now Euro 2024 against Germany? And they would certainly take a repeat of that 1998 scoreline tonight.
June 14, 20241 yr Gotta fancy a big German win don't see much quality in the Scotland side but ill be rooting for the upset
