17 on Youtube Music Video Trending chart. Highest position yet

Number 78 is impressive today for My Oh My and it is warming the best nicely for a soon to be big chart arrival from Kylie.

1.156M views in less than 4 days. That is quite impressive! Should nicely tick to 2M by end of the week.

Hopefully they’ll promote it with some ads on YouTube to keep the numbers higher. The video does enhance the song, helps detract from the over produced la la la.

 

Just like Sexercise this could perform better on YouTube than Spotify unless some playlist inclusion happens. The video has helped stem the fall in Spotify streams but quite frankly its streaming numbers are poor all things considered.

I don't mean to be negative but... how is this impressive? The position is largely due to vinyl sales and starting out at #78 indicates that they're not all that strong. By comparison the Real Groove vinyl release was midweek #53 on Monday and ended up at #97 by Friday.

It’s one thing that it’s an avg song but seeing as they were going for commercial, it baffles me why she chose 2 artists with rather poor fanbases themselves.(I’m not commenting on talent or anything, just saying in the larger scheme of things, they are both nobodies). if she’d asked Raye and Ella Henderson or Becky would’ve at least resulted in more streams or chart positions (understanding fully well that raye and Ella would want to duet with her).
