Or have as physical only b-sides to singles to make them more attractive to purchase.

I can see why they would put potential b-sides on streaming as they wouldn’t count towards the main single like remixes do.

You make it sound like all she cares about is chart success in the UK, which I HOPE is not the case. There is so much to explore musically still.

But she's a savvy business woman (which explains why she's remained so relevant all these decades, the longevity is remarkable for a pop artist) and is aware of importance of both commercial and chart positions. So, the record label is able to see the biz opportunity in continuing to invest in her.

My Oh My is still doing great numbers on YouTube, both the music video and performance video.

 

Yesterday the music video was her #2 most-watched.

 

Totals so far:

 

Music video 8.6 million views

Performance video 3 million views

 

For comparison, Lights Camera Action music video is on 3.5 million views.

Generally I prefer the traditional cd with that comes in the hard plastic cases as they are easier to keep in top condition and also easier to store.

Yes, I agree with you.

When the box gets scratched or broken, it can easily be replaced with another one. The cover is preserved, the disc is not scratched.

But apparently Kylie's team wanted a change in the design to be different from other artists.

I guess that's why so many different versions of her latest albums were released.

The media-book box doesn't fit on my CD shelves. I prefer albums in standard jewel CD cases.

So I decided to make my own versions of some of her albums.

In my collection there are a lot of custom made albums.

That's why my collection is different.

The media storage books are very hard to store, i have a huge cd rake that i got specifically made for my cds and vinyls but the book version dont align with everything else ^_^
