Jasmine was truly terrible. She was obviously a Ford, till they changed their midnds, and then nothing made sense

I think the flash forward was deliberately crap (I know even for eastenders thats suprising) because they hyped it up as a gimmick but seems like they hadn't even planned what was going to happen this year yet 🤣

They hyped it up as it was going to be the best flash forward episode ever.

So we never see Linda take Ollie to the pub. EVER. We also never see the Beales take Louis to the pub

EVER. Suddenly, both are taken to the pub at the same time on the same day!!! All done so the police could dramatically flounce in to the pub for Elaine and for there to be drama between the two kids seeing each other for all of two seconds. It really stood out as bad writing.

It really was something you can easily suspend your disbelief for. It’s not uncommon to take a child to their these days.

If you want to rant about bad writing (and it’s all you seem to do) it really is an odd example to bring up considering other things going on in the show.
