Tonight's episode was fantastic. I was totally engaged all the way through, to the point I didn't even think I was watching people act. Uncomfortable viewing at times, but realistically so. I complete

I’ve never been in a court of law, would they honestly have been able to go at Sharon like that? Yes, I get the prosecution making their case but the Judge literally joining in?

Right at the start when the female solicitor asked if she could call her first witness - Stacey - the judge made some comment like, "Yes, get on with it," so I suppose he was always supposed to be painted as old-school. Although Sharon shouldn't be judged for having four husbands, that it was highlighted that she wed both Grant and Phil Mitchell was quite funny.

The bit as well when Sharon so over-dramatically said, "It's all on your now, Linda." If there was any doubt before that they may have been involved in Keanu's murder...

And the court officials just silently listened, as if the conversation wasn't suspicious at all! And the solicitor saying 4 marriages was a reflection of her character!!!

The court scene with Sharon was *AWFUL*, so badly written that I could only laugh (at it, not with it). The lawyer slut shaming, the judge encouraging it, Sharon mouthing off and then being arrested... horror flashbacks to when Max jumped one barrier and escaped court years back x

(it was pure camp though x)

Return confirmed for

Ruby Allen

Definitely a loose end that needs tidying up!

Court scenes were much better today. Linda certainly put Sharon to shame. I audibly gasped when Dean admitted to the rape. I’ve waited for that moment for almost 10 years.

I can't stand

Ruby

but I'm not mad at that news for the sake of

Martin having more to do as surely she'll have their kid with her

I've seen today's ep on iPlayer

I wonder where things will go from here with

Linda's confession. It's come a lot sooner than I expected (40th anniversary). This is going to have huge repercussions for everyone. Is it the right thing to do? Possibly for Linda's sanity but the way everyone is going to be dragged down in it eventually will be interesting.

The problem with this storyline has always been thst 6 of their biggest actors are ib it, plus Johnny, Phil, etc... All of them would go down, so we always knew that there would have to be ONE who goes, or a fall guy - and Dean wss brought back after 10 years to be the fall guy! That's why, even with the high camp, terribly written court drama, Dean was always gonna go down.

Dean will still go down but bow its for the crime he actually did commit. It’ll be interesting to see what tomorrow’s episode will bring. It might not be a bad thing if the identity of Keanu’s killer isn’t dragged out until next February-there’s still enough story in this plot regardless.

Let’s not forget though just how many people got away with covering up that Bobby killed Lucy.

Or how many people Phil has killed, or how Fat Man still hasn't been found to this day!!

It would be totally unrealistic for any of them to confess, as 6 plus Phil and anyone else who knew would go down

Linda needs a happy storyline when was the last? She really needs to get out of this current character as it's becoming irritating to watch
