How does Marie even know Max?!

Wow, Denise cannot act anymore.

He lived in the place she lives/works for almost 20 years?

You keep saying that about Denise and you’re talking absolute bollocks.

Ugh at this writing for Max and Stacey. Simon Ashdown is obsessed. I know there's history between them but he barely did a lap of seeing his family before he's straight over there in her house. Mad. Also do not like whatever the heck this direction is with Zoe.

Just ive

She just overacts now. Like it's really noticeable. And her storylines are all bad atm too, which just adds to it.

Farewell Stacey cry one of my all-time favourite characters on the show and Lacey has continued to shine this year, especially during the live episode. That exit felt fairly lowkey, e.g. no Julia's Theme, so hopefully Lacey will be back in a couple of years when she feels up for it again.

Jean and Priya was a random duo but I really liked their scenes together!

Look at her reaction to Max in that photo!!! It's like she took it from a Joey Tribbiani acting class

The storyline is absolute axe wound too!! And she's leaving just as Zoey is back :/

Very low key Stacey exit but i do feel Lacey will do odd short appearances here and there as she has taken more of an extended break rather than left the show completely/.

Wonder why she never got Julia's theme? Maybe that isn't her final exit, seemed a bit odd and the fact they didn't have Jean there too

Stacey will undoubtedly be back. She’s already had a Julia’s Theme exit and a final feeling exit 15 years ago. This time, as they know she’ll likely be back, they just gave her a plot that feels like she only gave a weeks notice. With Jean and Lilly around still, they’re confident she’ll return. It doesn’t have the feeling of Sonia’s most recent exit that felt pretty permanent.

The storyline of, I'm going to Brazil because yes, after thinking about it for one day, and leaving my teenage daughter woth her new baby daughter for the lols, wasn't great, but at least it's easy to bring her back whenever. It won't help with Zoe's storyline and the Slaters in general though... We need them to bring back more.

EastEnders Investigates: The Manosphere documentary will go up on iPlayer this Thursday from 6am and will air on BBC Three from 8pm, fronted by Diane Parish, Ellie Dadd and Max Murray. The doc will delve deeper into Joel's current storyline, looking at the real-life impact of misogyny in the UK.

I can’t think of anything that excites me less than a Ben return.

Even an Anthony Ttuman return had the bad acting and 25 years angle!

Stuart to come back full time please, the one-liners tonight were ace.

At least they didn't drag out the whole Callum/Johnny thing. Tony Clay has done a great job this week. I particularly enjoyed the way Callum was basically calling out the bullshit of everyone else who has cheated, especially Kathy. Do I feel sorry for Ben? Not really. I am interested to see where things go as that surely cannot be it for Ben's "short stint" given he's now back in the UK.

It was actually fun having Stuart back. Him and Rainie were great together and they really rehabilitated him as a character after the dodgy first year without ignoring his past at the same time.

Ben, however, we never need to see again imo. I never enjoyed his and Callum’s relationship. The show acted like they were a fairytale romance but the relationship was always toxic and Ben always emotionally abused Callum. It’ll be nice for Callum to be in a decent relationship for once.
