September 28, 2024Sep 28 Gah Herbilore cannot catch a break, I was set to give this one my 18, it’s a beautiful entry. Well thank you for sharing it anyway. Very shocked at Thelonia, on paper I’d have predicted top 15 for that in the final.

September 28, 2024Sep 28 Herbilore and Hinterlandia did both make it into my votes (3 and 1 respectively) so a shame to lose them but doubt they'd have been in contention for points from me in the final anyway. Herbilore was slightly giving Songs of Praise but not in a bad way x Shame that Mothertopia missed out on the AQ as this would have been a cool song to have in the final but not too surprised that it didn't get through the semi unforch! (and sadly wasn't super huge on the Metronomy/Porij track in the end oop, it was decent but a little anonymous, both artists are capable of much better) (and yes Hinterlandia would have narrowly missed out on qualifying anyway regardless of deduction - hope they do still vote in the final as their taste is needed x)

September 28, 2024Sep 28 Oh I really didn’t think I was qualifying this month! It must have been close. A shame to lose Hinterlandia. SF2 must be strong if Metronomy & Porij can’t make it — looking forward to hearing the qualifiers.
