ew ew ew howww can anyone enjoy this song its sooooo boring there is literally nothing to it its lifeless

how can one man (sonny fodera) produce two of the worst dance hits ever (asking, somedays) whilst in the same calendar year produce one of the very best dance hits of the year (never be alone). i guess becky hill is the answer to that question but its baffling to me how he has produced both my favourite and least favourite dance hits of the year

Official Charts Report

Following the tragic news of Liam Payne’s death last Wednesday, three One Direction tracks are tracking to re-enter the Top 40; Night Changes (16), Story Of My Life (21) and What Makes You Beautiful (47).

Three solo tracks by Payne could also be present in the wider chart come Friday; Teardrops (65), For You with Rita Ora (67) and Strip That Down with Quavo (75).

Elsewhere, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars have emerged as the frontrunners to de-throne Sabrina Carpenter’s Taste from Number 1. Die With A Smile (2) is little over 2,000 chart units behind from overtaking Sab at the midweek mark.

Also still in play for a coup this week; Sonny Fodera, Jazzy and D.O.D’s Somedays (3) and Gigi Perez’s Sailor Song (4).

ROSÉ and Bruno Mars could gain this week’s highest new entry with APT (7), which could become the first UK Top 10 single by a K-Pop female soloist.

Teddy Swims’ The Door looks set to fly up three to the Top 10 for the first time (9) which could Swims his second UK Top 10 hit.

Addison Rae’s Diet Pepsi continues to gain ground, up to a new peak of Number 11 midweek, and less than 200 chart units from breaking into the Top 10.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, George Michael’s classic 1984 chart-topper Careless Whisper could re-enter the Top 20 at Number 12.

JADE's Fantasy could be looking to make its Top 40 debut this Friday, it's currently tracking to debut at Number 25.

i wonder if bruno mars will get two simultaneous top 5/3 hits this week/ in the next few weeks
i wish this could grab a week at the top. hopefully it can avoid acr this week to grab it after taste

The annoying thing is in the past he's actually produced some great stuff which evaded the mainstream chart entirely, so it's a shame these two should actually become hits <_<

hopefully teardrops and for you can make the top 40 come friday, and im sure night changes will be comfortably top 10 too which will be a touching tribute.

also good to see jade, hopefully she can keep that up till the end of the week

I can see DWAS getting a big boost from strictly one week but probably will be ACR by then
They pretty much confirmed bad chem was a mistake not censorship which I thought because my brain made the same mistake
Just catching up but so frustrating Juno can’t chart cause the ancient espresso is still ahead of it on ACR. Juno totally deserves. Isn’t there a rule saying an artist can choose to star out a certain song to let a newer one chart? Saying that I doubt Sabrina would be following the UK chart enough to want to do that

I think it has to be a song that's actively being promoted, although I can't recall an instance of this happening.
