Isn’t there a rule saying an artist can choose to star out a certain song to let a newer one chart? Saying that I doubt Sabrina would be following the UK chart enough to want to do that

Saying that I doubt Sabrina would be following the UK chart enough to want to do that I think it has to be a song that's actively being promoted, although I can't recall an instance of this happening.
