JADE's teasing across her 'fake' accounts and what she's posted spells out FUFN!!!

 

Is it just me that doesn't understand why they're cryptically teasing this when everyone knows the title?

 

She's filmed the video, so surely she should be teasing the song now / alongside teasing clips from the video and then releasing it in the next 2 weeks max?

 

It's becoming a total mess.

I say we should wait and see what's actually happening/what does transpire before we panic.

7th March or 14th March would be fine to release, imo. 28th and it’d get over shadowed by the AOMD BRITs performance, I think. Ideally, 7th would be best as it’s the soonest after BRITs exposure but not *too* late to fully capitalise on that potential momentum.

They need to start building more momentum now else it will literally do nothing.

Apparently it is coming on March 14th (from PJ). The good news is this was rumoured to be the plan since December / the pi theory so maybe the album rollout hasn’t changed either? I just hope the BRITs can make JADE/AOMD go viral. 🙏🏼

The BRITs and I don't think she will perform it unless a 10 second preview. The BRITs are all about celebrating the hits of the past year unless you're Adele or Rihanna.

Be interesting if she did perform it at the brits considering its not available yet,

So momentum would be lost

Announcement today?

Well she reacted to that post asking her to react if the announcement is coming this month so she better not be trolling us!!

“This is my most straight down-the-line [Pop song]. I felt like now was a good time to release the big Pop banger. Something with a big chorus that’s a lot more melodic than some of the other songs, but still with that JADE-ness to it.” Subject-wise, it’s big on melodrama. “The whole idea of “FUFN (f*** U For Now” is about loving someone, having a huge argument over something so small and just wanting them to f*** off and leave you alone.” It’s just a transient rage though. “It’s going to be okay later. The ‘For Now’ is in brackets, you know?” 

“I am a little bit stubborn,” JADE admits, “I think we’ve established now that, from the beginning of my own music, this is my opportunity to just say exactly what I want to say and not back down on that,” she tells me. The expletive in the title of “f*** U For Now” engendered “a lot of back and forth” with her label. “I’m always quite adamant that a song has to stay true to what it always was. But it’s hard because you also have to play the game a little bit as well.” She agreed to abbreviate the phrase for the official written title, “just to be a little friendlier.”
