Arrived in Phoenix last night for work at 7pm after an 11 hour flight and was at the Kylie show at 8.30 - shattered but so worth it.

Had not seen any of the set list by choice and personally thought it was perfect, highlight for me was CIM - absolutely stunning.

I thought she done a really good job of covering the eras and loved the audience selection part, she seemed to be really thankful to be playing in America and loads of audience interaction, she sounded flawless too.

I would prefer more from Tension and T2 but the current setlist is excellent. It covers many bases and I really cannot wait to see her at the end of the month in Birmingham. Oh there’s some boxscore

I can just imagine fans at the front screaming "Disco Down!" "Like a Drug!" "Too Far!" and Kylie's just like "oh you want to hear 'Kids'?!"

wow that was some going, no wonder you were shattered but at least the concert was great( no surprise as a Kylie concert always is) and its great to read you really enjoyed it, its nice when she covers the eras aswell as i know its very hard when you have such a large catalogue of hits and album tracks from such a stellar career. There definitely is that sign of gratitude from her towards the American shows, i suppose its something she has always wanted and she seems to be having a great time herself doing it.

It seemed to be the least successful date on the US/ Canada leg but still that’s 6000 plus disappointed fans. Apparently venue now being used for a football game that’s only recently been an issue because of league playoffs being finalised.

Surprising that they’ve didn’t inform Kylie’s team not to use that date but who knows how these things are scheduled.

I caught her in the Seattle show (I was supposed to in Vancouver, didn't work out for other reasons).

Great show overall. She was very overwhelmed by the arena size crowds in the USA, I don't think she'd ever have imagined she'd be filling up arenas at this stage in her career. she was emotional and speechless at times.

Song request was Tightrope. I saw banners asking for "All i see" and "In my arms" but for some reason, she elected to do RBW instead. Odd choice.

Overall, the concert was great.

Plusses: balanced setlist, great crowd that knew a lot of her songs, some songs sounded great live (like the DJ Alok song, EOSN, etc.) and this is the first time I'm seeing Padam live, and it truly is an iconic song! HOTN is also great live.

Not so good's: They've cut corners on the sets. It looked a bit cheapo to be honest, but then again she's such a charmer she doesn't need fancy sets. I wasn't a fan of all the fashion choices, esp the last but one act (Head, ATL, etc.). Support act - Rita Ora is truly sh*t, no wonder even Kylie didn't bother thanking her or inviting her on stage at the end.

All in all, a great day and I'm sure Kylie has the confidence she can come back to the US for more promotional work or touring.

Basketball game, not (American) football. Football season runs Sept-Feb.

The reason this wasn't known back then is because they didn't know if the team would make the playoffs and if the playoff game (they play 7 in each divisional round) would be scheduled "home" or "away" (when the game is scheduled in the opponent's base).

I would be very happy if she did this at my date! Although the song that came to my mind first that I'd love to see her perform is Put Yourself in My Place.

Do we have an overall list of the surprise songs she's done so far?

It's a week old but this tweet has the list of all the songs:

One of the show highlights - there’s so many signs with requests on too, love that IP tracks have had some love too 💕

Its definitely given songs that often get overlooked a bit of time to shine which is great to see and it keeps things fresh.

Jodie harsh the warm up act for Kylie in the UK???

I won't be arriving early then........

How poor

Jodie Marsh?

Edit. Oh wait, they are different people 🙃

I'm really hoping she changes up the setlist for the UK leg. And more nostalgia, less DJ Alok and EOSN. I'd assume more generations will show up for her UK tours unlike NA where it's largely LGBT who would lap up the latest dance tune.

This is the tension tour not a greatest hits.

Oh there’s some boxscore information released for the eight March shows…these include the three Sydney shows that grossed just over 4 million dollars with 34k attendance. Hopefully full breakdowns will be revealed at some point.

Fingers crossed for some high numbers from Madison Square Garden and tonight’s virtual sell out (just a few hundred left) at the large capacity Crypto Arena in LA. Should make up for some of the less popular April dates on the NA leg.

Billboard Boxscore

TENSION TOUR

February - #13 - $10.9M, 72.2k attendees, 7 shows

March - #20 - $9.9M, 73.9k attendees, 8 shows

Total so far: $20.8M, 146.1K attendees, 15 shows

Average gross: $1.39M
Average attendance: 9.75k
Average ticket price: $142

@aeroco : curious, which are the “less popular USA dates” you’re referring to? I thought overall she sold all venues well?

Well we’ll only know the facts should the boxscore info be released but some of the dates had all or many of the top sections curtained off/ removed from sale a couple of months ago. The cancelled Denver date looked as though it was about 60% sold, think that was the ‘worst’.

Regardless the attendances on the fan videos look very good especially when compared to the Aphrodite Tour.

Seattle venue was almost full. I read that 9K out of 10K seats were sold, and it definitely looked packed to the rafters, so to speak.

Without sounding over aspirationa: I was hoping SF would sell out so much they'd announce a 2nd date. KM's team probably thought the same which is why they had a 3 day gap between SF and the Seattle show. Regardless, I'm very happy at the massive success of her arena tour, and at this stage of her career.

I see her again in Manchester!
