October 27Oct 27 May as well have kept big Ange than get Bundy in, Dyche is the type of man to continue the Nuno tactics!
October 28Oct 28 Rodgers would not have gone down well as an appointment, Dyche got almost universal approval from the fanbase. That wouldn't have happened as a direct Nuno replacement but given the circumstances we've ended up in...

November 7Nov 7 Ruben Amorim wins the Premier League manager of the month award for October. Who would have predicted he'd win one of those this season haha? Bryan Mbeumo also won the player of the month.
November 9Nov 9 Wonder how long it will take now for the narrative to switch away from Arsenal and onto Man City?
November 9Nov 9 5 minutes ago, Dobbo said:I thought Arsenal already won the league last month? Not only that but they have already broken the defensive record for goals conceded in a Premier League season it seems.
November 9Nov 9 Would be interesting to see if arsenal come second again this season what would happen.
November 9Nov 9 Whoever wins the league this year, will be the team that adapts the most. The narrative switches (wrongly imo) so fast and avoids the patterns. Most teams look to be struggling away from home after the European games.
November 12Nov 12 Wolves have confirmed themselves to be first relegated club this season by appointing serial relegation expert Rob Edwards as their new manager.

Wolves are the history.
November 12Nov 12 But it's why did Amorim leave Champions League Sporting to join Europa League Man Utd?He has a lot of history woth Wolves, likely got a massive salary increase and is back managing in the Premier League. Boro are having a good season, but there's never any guarantee they would go up. Managers fall in and out of fashion so quickly, just look at Kieran McKenna as an example, just turned down loads of clubs 18 months ago, wonder if he regrets that now!?Who knows how good or bad Edwards is. By all accounts the brains (his assistant coach) is staying behind at Boro, so we'll see. But you'd expect even if Wolves get relegated he'll be given a shot to get them back up and will still be able to walk in to any Championship club is sacked.
November 12Nov 12 He’s a good manager, led Forest Green into the football league and then Luton into the premiership. He’s also from Wolverhampton or the local area.
November 12Nov 12 Obviously Carrick is an apt example there too of course being the previous Boro boss, resisted the temptation to jump ship when his stock was honest then got sacked and no one wants him anymore.
November 12Nov 12 He wasn’t exactly excelling as their manager though, not sure how everyone wanted him.
November 12Nov 12 Rob Edwards largely contributed towards Luton getting relegated again last season, down to League One. And as far as this season goes it's only 15 games out of 46 that have been played so far in the Championship and the teams behind Middlesbrough are very close in the table so as was mentioned there's no guarantee that they will go up either. I wouldn't be confident of Wolves coming straight back up with the squad they have now and with Rob Edwards as manager.
November 13Nov 13 He also was a big part of why they were promoted to the premier league too. They got relegated but had one of the smallest budgets in the leagues history, I’m not sure what people were expecting. Over the past 50 years their average league is the 3rd tier so they were severely punching above their weight. Edited November 13Nov 13 by Steve201
November 13Nov 13 The premier league relegation was completely acceptable give the resources and they did give it a good go. But to then get relegated again to league 1 despite all the parachute payments is unforgivable.
