Great to see Ordinary finally on ACR! 13 weeks was more than enough.

  • You don't think Ordinary will remain top 10 on ACR? It would've been #5 in yesterday's chart if it were on ACR already...!

Official Charts Report

It looks like a three-way chart race could be on our hands this week, as the Top 3 on the Official Chart: First Look sit just 1,500 chart units apart.

Sabrina Carpenter leads the way with Manchild, back at the top after 48 hours, while Ravyn Lenae is also in contention with Love Me Not, up one place to Number 2 - its previous peak - on the First Look.

Dior by MK ft. Chrystal is up two midweek at Number 3, which would mark a brand new peak if it holds on until Friday’s Official Singles Chart.

Close behind, Sam Fender and Olivia Dean could earn a Top 5 placing with their new collab Rein Me In (4) - which could mark Sam’s fourth Top 5 single and Olivia’s first.

Further down, Fred again.. teams up with Skepta and producer, rapper and streamer PlaqueBoyMax for Victory Lap, which is already making waves and could be this week’s highest new entry (10), and finally, following the announcement of her third album, Lola Young’s One Thing is eyeing up a new peak (17).

The Official Chart: First Look offers a first glance of the Top 20 ahead of Friday’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. The chart is based on preliminary sales and early streaming reports.

You don't think Ordinary will remain top 10 on ACR? It would've been #5 in yesterday's chart if it were on ACR already...!

Yeah was gonna say barring a spectacular drop in streams the next few days I cant see ordinary not being top 10 especially with the threshold being so low

Can't see 'Manchild', 'Love Me Not' and 'Pink Pony Club' being as low as that either - I'd be less surprised if they end up as the Top 3.

Maybe yeah didn’t think of it. Ordinary is the moral #1 that’s all I know.

I can honestly see Yungblud being number 1 in the albums this week purely because of the bundles / signed copies / ticket bundles etc

YUNGBLUD would be my bet too, he's got the most rabid fanbase...!

He even has adverts for his interview on BBC News channel!

The previous albums by HAIM, YUNGBLUD and Loyle Carner all had similar-ish opening weeks - YUNGBLUD a little higher than the other two (22.8k vs. 17.8k for HAIM and 16.1k for Loyle) but I feel like his stock has fallen and HAIM's has risen a bit since their respective previous albums? Maybe that's wishful thinking though x Loyle probably most likely to be going for a third consecutive #3 album at best, Benson could definitely be up there as well. Should be a pretty decent sales week all around.

(Aitch's last album also did 15.7k first week but I think it's probably safe to assume he'll drop off a bit this time - I notice 'Raving In The Studio' isn't even on this album for some reason, neither is 'A Guy Called?' although that makes more sense).

oh my Yungblod has cazillions of physical variants, it's crazy, he's either gonna be #1 or bankrupt his label :D

It feels as though Yungblud's finally stopped chasing pop hits, but has grown his fanbase since the last album still I think. He's got his first UK arena tour next year.

That said though, new single 'Zombie' has been his highest charting solo song.
