May 6May 6 "Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that" ^ That's what people have been chanting about Arsenal for years so in order for that to remain intact they'd have to lose the final, which is why I'll be supporting whoever wins tonight's semi final. Not to mention the gloating from Arsenal fans that will happen if they were to win. There's no way that they'll win anyway, Bayern and PSG are levels above them and they would really have to have an off day to lose in a neutral stadium. Bayern are going for a treble and PSG are going for back to back European titles after not winning one for so long. So there's no way that either of them will slip up in the final. By the end of tonight we'll know who's going to lift the European Cup this season.

Of course them winning will also be useful for England's coefficient and keeping 5 spots for CL football. But as Houdini says it'll be a tall order beating whoever else makes the final but let's not forget they have already beaten Bayern this season and in a one off game anything can happen...
May 6May 6 Author Yeh anything can happen in a one off final. But PSG and Bayern will be favourite. Would be fun if Kane scored the winner vs Arsenal. I honestly don’t care if arsenal win as there’ll be always something else football fans can sing at them or to them.
May 6May 6 Fair play to Arsenal. Whoever comes through out of Bayern and PSG will rightly be favourites. Arsenal probably fancy themselves against Bayern, I think PSG would have them on toast. The key to Arsenal will be to whether they can keep Saka fit. They can defend very well, but ultimately I also think what might let them down is they haven’t been in a final for so long (2006 the last one?) that the build up will be so much it will get in their heads.
May 6May 6 I also think the outpouring of emotion at what is looking now like a likely Premier League title win will really take a lot out of Arsenal as a whole entity. If they secure it on the final day of the season then they'll have 6 days to try and change their mindset and their focus for the final. 22 years of frustration coming to an end will be near impossible to brush to one side in such a short space of time. I remember in 1999 & 2008 when Man Utd won the league on the final day of the season the celebrations were a little bit limited because we had the upcoming finals still to come and the wait to win the league prior to that wasn't long so it didn't feel so much like a heavy burden had been lifted. But for these Arsenal players you can't say the same thing so that would be another thing that would go against them for the final.
May 6May 6 I always think in a one off game anything can happen, I suspect loads of people will point to Chelsea beating PSG last summer, but completely different circumstances. Arsenal will start off as underdogs and rightly so.Arsenal will have to play the perfect game to beat them, whereas I think PSG could be slightly below bar and bear Arsenal - think that will ultimately be the difference.
May 6May 6 Actually looking forward to the final. I find Arsenal, for lack of a better word, a little boring to watch to be honest. But when they are on, they are great. There is a LOT more flair and exciting football to watch, for me, when watching PSG so it could be very interesting.

Friday at 16:232 days I've heard some Arsenal fans describing this match as a "free hit". There's no such thing as a free hit when you get to a Champions League final, winning is the only option otherwise there's no point being there in the first place. Using Man United as an example the two Champions League final losses to Barcelona were a painful experience even though we had secured the Premier League title earlier on in both years. Just getting to the final didn't feel like it was enough when both of those matches came to an end.
Friday at 20:591 day Author Arsenals route to the final is like a Europa League fixtures apart from Bayern and Athletico!
