Very surprised that Rob saved Pet Shop Boys over The Saturdays but we love to see it (even though it means The Saturdays' best song didn't get to be represented in this x) and I dare say they have a shot to win the whole thing now

(actually the Avril song is very good and I do admire the boldness of taking this moment of all times to send an album track - I do actually understand avoiding 'Girlfriend' as much as I like it myself, 'Head Above Water' would have been a good choice though I agree)
