I visit this site a lot and for the last week it is asking me to sign in and login in every time when using my phone.

I got an alert saying my password had been compromised so i changed it and now this happens, this is a little frustrating.

When i use my work PC no issue bit when i use phone it is a problem.

Can anyone help?

Do you have automatic login enabled in your settings under ‘Recently Used Devices’?

What mobile browser do you use? Safari? Chrome?

A good start would be to go into your Chrome settings on your phone and delete all cookies, cache and login information. Then close the app, and open a fresh version of it. Try logging into BuzzJack again and it should prompt you to save your login info.

Is this the way to fix the problem of automatically getting logged out of Buzzjack as well? cause this has happened to me constantly after a period of inactivity once I am logged in.

Have you tried renaming to someone that doesn’t want to escape?

Yeah I tried that and sadly it didn't work!
