I noticed this too but it’s in normal text on the other side of the spine and also, Rein Me In is edited down from the original 5:39 version. There’s no point editing songs down unless it’s to make space for more songs. Should’ve put the full version instead

It's just the edit on the single EP that the label will have given them, not an edit Now made themselves. I thought they always used the radio edits where available.

Perhaps they’re scared to announce it because of your scathing iTunes reviews.

It’s like you completely ignored everything I had to say. It’s wild that I was told this by someone in the music industry and you’re just like “no” who probably has no experience in the field whatsoev

That was before, when they actually used to fill up the discs. Now, there’s just a big gap in the discs that can easily be filled. I can understand them using shorter versions if it was for them to make room for more songs

I just realised on Now 14 that if they had included the New Order song Fine Time, twice there would be two entirely different songs with the exact same name with Stop being the other

I always found it crazy that Now 52 had 3 songs with “Freak” in the title.

It’s also cool that on Now 67 both track 6’s on both discs are called Shine.

That annoyed me on Now 67 because I ripped disc 1 first then disc 2 and it overwrote the Take That song on the computer which is why I always rip disc 2 first and edit the numbers so track don’t get overwritten. The most recent one was Now 89 having two entirely different songs called Real Love. I wouldn’t count Now 56 having two songs called Dance With You as one of them was Dance but the With You part was in brackets

I usually omit this by creating separate folders for CD1 and CD2 and use ## Artist - Title as format for ripping it in dbpoweramp.

I always used to rip disc 1 onto my computer first until Now 67 and that’s when I started ripping disc 2 first. I always use windows media player on mp3. It’s also been a month since their last announcement and still no announcement

Shouldn't the lineup of Yearbook Extra 1991 be announced by now?

They should announce it Thursday or next week but to be honest, they seem to be taking the piss with vault 1982 and yearbook 1985-1989. They need to do a final chapter in order to continue the vaults. Once extra 1991 is announced, they should announce 12" 1986 part 1 the week after. Now 122 might not have topped the compilation chart but the ultimate party only got number 8 on there. Now 122 would’ve had slightly more sales if it weren’t for that pointless spin-off of theirs and I’ve noticed that there hasn’t been an announcement from them at all this month

Anyone else noticed that Sam Fender is always quite low down on the Now’s, considering most of his tracks that appear have been big hits you’d think he’d be high up all the time.

I said this before. They always seem to put him on disc 2 and I’ve never seen him on disc 1. I bet if he had the biggest song on the album, they’d still put him on disc 2 and he’s bigger than most of the disc 1 artists

No release date confirmed yet but I reckon it will be 9th January 2026 and here’s the tracklist for extra 1991. No Xpansions or Alison Limerick considering they were on the such a good feeling eras. I wonder if the latter has become hard to license because of the John Lewis advert? Stop including artists that belong on the vault; Sting, Julee Cruise, A-Ha, ABC, Rain Tree Crow, finding an excuse to include David Sylvian? https://nowmusicwiki.com/index.php?title=Now_Yearbook_Extra_1991_(UK_2026_CD)

Not a bad list but who are Rain Tree Crow? I was around at the time and never even heard of them.

Rain Tree Crow are another band that David Sylvian was involved with. It’s Now’s excuse to include him on the album

Ah that explains it

Lots of stuff I'm happy to see, like Praise, Cathy Dennis, Kim Appleby and Take That, with Monty Python a fun last track novelty.

Ouch at the Dannii typo.

What are the main ommissions for 1991 then? Bryan Adams, Simpsons, Right Said Fred, 2 Unlimited and the absence of the Christmas No.1 with no These Are The Days Of Our Lives.

No Diana Ross or Salt-N-Pepa either. Only thing that spoils the album is David Sylvian’s presence

I could make a David Sylvian Greatest Flops album with all the songs he inexplicably has on the Yearbooks.

Surely somebody must proof the tracklist and say 'Rain Tree Crow, who put that on here? Oh it's Sylvian again, can you please stop'.

They've left an "N" out of Dannii,   first NOW appearance for Banderas since NOW 19, and the first
NOW appearance for Take That's first Top 40 Promises.
Some other tracks previously on The Hits Album (Hits 15) like Remember Me With Love and I'm A Man Not A Boy.
