August 1Aug 1 Author Good to see Royel Otis finally get on the R1 playlist but I wish they'd done it with 'Moody' a few weeks ago. Weird that they decide to A-list 'Can't Decide' after all these weeks, and shame Zara's off already, though not entirely unexpected. The switched the Tyler song as someone correctly predicted last week! And they changed the artist credit for 'Golden' to KPop Demon Hunters, can't remember them changing an artist name while they're on the playlist, can anyone else?!
August 1Aug 1 Pleased to see the quick adds for Confidence Man/JADE and Jorja Smith.Plenty of dance songs on the A-list, hopefully ‘High On Me’ joins them next week.
August 1Aug 1 Oh this week is stacked, right now I'm really enjoying 'The Subway', 'Ring Ring Ring' (sensible swap there), 'gossip', '12 to 12' and 'End of Summer'
August 1Aug 1 Good to see Confidence Man/JADE added, I thought they’d have to wait a few weeks until Plastic Box was removed! Was expecting ‘Can’t Decide’ to be off the playlist this week but good to see it A-listed.

August 1Aug 1 They seem a bit lukewarm on The Last Dinner Party this era - I wonder if the title of the song is putting them off a bit.Good to see adds for Confidence Man/JADE, Sombr and Tyler’s tracks swapped. Also nice to see upwards movement for Golden, Eternity and No Broke Boys. I’m still keeping my fingers crossed for Four Tet moving up but I concede that doesn’t seem very likely now

Was also expecting it to go [C-A] considering it is likely to be number 1 today.I think they're only playlisting it because they feel like they have to - in a similar situation a couple of years ago, they didn't even playlist 'We Don't Talk About Bruno'!Just now, Dan17F1 said:They seem a bit lukewarm on The Last Dinner Party this era - I wonder if the title of the song is putting them off a bit.Yeah I was thinking the same thing, it must be the song title. They're usually all over The Last Dinner Party!
August 1Aug 1 Interested to see whether they go for Demi this time around at all. I know they didn't from her last era, but they seem to be throwing a lot at this and I think it has potential.
August 1Aug 1 Good but should’ve removed Biffy Clyro and added Reneé Rapp or Biffy Clyro’s new single Hunting Season Edited August 1Aug 1 by Hadji

August 1Aug 1 Expected for Zara but what a shame this single never quite managed to become anything despite a lot of online hype around it. YAY for Gossip and The Subway though, two of my favourite songs right now.
