We would firstly like to thank @Jade for her beautiful dreamy pop theme in the 16th outing of PFSC, which I managed to win on my birthday <3 with Swimming Lessons by Camp Claude.

Thanks to this we have the opportunity to host for the first time, and for the 17th edition of the contest, we invite you to Take 'Em To The Chorus (inspired by the classic callout by Timbaland on Justin Timberlake's Sexyback).

What we are looking for here is POP with a big chorus please. Other than that the song can go off in any direction, but we insist that the chorus is a focal point of the track - melodic and with a clear change up from the verse/bridge. There may even be a key change in there but that is not compulsory!

Here are the rules:

• Any song entered must not have reached the Top 100 in the Official UK Chart, and you cannot submit any song by any artist in the UK top 40 during the confirmations period

• Any song entered must not have reached the Top 20 in another song contest on BuzzJack

• Any artist entered must not have an Artist Forum (Club) on BuzzJack

• Any song considered to have an unfair advantage over other songs or that may fall under veto rules widely used on BuzzJack may be vetoed

• Any artist entered is entitled to one entry per contest; this will be on a first come, first served basis

And for this edition only:

• THIS MUST BE...POP! Please do make sure your entry is as pop as possible this time - mods may veto anything that they feel isn't pop enough (or, indeed, has no chorus, as that is the point!)

Entered a song I'm hoping fits enough! It has such a great build to the chorus, it's got that dramatic movie soundtrack feel to it imo - I have a backup if needed but it doesn't quite hit the same 😅
