This is absolutely in the right lane for her. I do hope the album doesn’t come off as “samey” though. But I’m more than positive she’s got a couple of power ballads in the mix to break it up and prevent it from feeling so.

I do hope the ballads are pop-rock soaring ballads. Can you imagine her doing something like Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Cry’ or ‘Beautiful Disaster’ (live arrangement)… like WHEW.
