Jeez, if that's the case we may as well start considering any song released in the last two months of the year as a Christmas single lol

Its at times like these you realise how dry as fuq the release schedule is in November these days when you go to make a joke and theres only been 5 new top 40 entries in the whole of November 🤣🤣

I actually play the Christmas Mix of 'Love Me Like You' more than I do their actual Christmas song 'One I've Been Missing' lol

The LMLY Christmas Mix is actually really cute. Gets me in a fun, Christmas mood.

Its a shame really One I've been missing is a great track, but youd of expected them to release something more upbeat at the time would of probably done better

Just look at Ed sheeran for example Merry christmas is his christmas staple but UTT barely made the chart last year, I think the public just dont like christmas ballads anymore

Actually why not? if someone connects particular melody with X-mas? or the definition of Christmas single is that a song must be Christmas theme song then it's a completely different story.

What if? -Kate Winslet

Only Christmassy thing about it is the film tie in.

The OCC classes Somewhere only we know and Hallelujah as Christmas songs despite very tenuous connection

Let's be honest , other than the obvious big players , christmas music from uk artists is mostly shit anyway 😅

You are probably deaf.

The best Christmas music has come from the Uk Wham, Shakin Stevens, Slade, Paul McCartney, Leona Lewis, Chris Rea, Elton John etc

Well i said other than the obvious , those are all obvious but hey ho no need to get your panties knotted 🤣

I’d say Hallelujah though not intended as, is a Christmas song. Especially Alexandra Burke’s version. From the choir feel to the candles in the music video, it just gives that feeling

Ah yes I love to celebrate Christmas by listening to horrible cover versions

Oh It is a great track , I just noticed christmas ballads in general dont seem to connect with the public any more, they seem to want the cheery stuff, heck even stuff like blue christmas , and lonely this christmas chart very low these days

It’s the times we live in, Slade and Wizzard were released during a mad industrial era with cost of living crisis!

I need to take the irony of this post in with your username. It really is the most wonderful time of the year.

Touché x

(I'm not particularly a fan of Bublé's Christmas songs, it's just the only vaguely Christmas related pun that works with my username so it's stuck over the years xo)
