Commercial Christmas yes, but 3 kings day on the 6th January is supposed to be the end date when they finally got there

Would love Brenda to get a top 3 spot, whether by overtaking Kylie or Mariah.

Think Tom Grennan was top 3 last year so can't see Kylie falling below that. Wondering which other Christmas songs will get a new peak this week

Tbf some of the biggest Christmas hits were originally released in summer, like let it snow for example 🤣🤣

Must be for the people that live in the Southern Hemisphere

I stand corrected in my comments about Christmas music on the 27th December.

So people may have still been streaming Christmas music on the 27th December, but I had a look at the schedules for Radio 1 and Radio 2 for the 27th December last year and could not find any Christmas songs being played on the radio.

FONY was played on POTP and it will most likely get played on first look too

Think it depends on time people have off work etc, - I don’t go back until the 5th so still play Christmas playlists after Christmas/Boxing Day,

Spare a thought for nurses etc that are working on the day itself too

A lot of work places go back on the 2nd January as it’s not a bank holiday and schools most likely go back on 6th January
