  • For how big the Avatar movies are, the music never really takes off massively. As a big Miley fan, I find this pretty boring tbh. It’s no ‘I See You’ that’s for sure!

Yeah dont understand that like the first 2 are top 3 highest grossing films of all time yeah neither songs did well and this ones already up to 700m

I wonder if Miley's team are going to start worrying... she's only really had one hit (Flowers) and nothing else seems to land. End of the World had the makings of being a hit and I suspect the strange release strategy worked against it.

For an artist as seemingly big as Miley, it's surprising that she doesn't get more big hits. I guess she just doesn't have a dedicated fanbase like the other big pop girls.

Regarding 'Dream As One', I really like it, it has this retro feel about it which I'm really enjoying.

I went to see Avatar but didn't pay much attention to the music and i didn't know Miley had a song for this movie.

Avatar themes don’t necessarily translate to big hits though. And the film is so unbearably long, people generally couldn’t wait to escape the minute the credits start rolling and the song comes on 💀

I like this.

Regarding Avatar - Leona's "I See You" was album-only on iTunes so you weren't actually able to buy the song at the time unless you bought the album (back when iTunes sales ruled the charts). It was randomly sent to AC radio in the US. I think it would've been a moderate hit had it been available to buy on its own and was sent to radio like a normal single. One of the many mismanagements of her career 🥲

I remember the I See You thing - it was really odd. That song had the makings of being a huge hit. I suppose The Weeknd song did absolutely nothing.
