Can anyone remember the last song to reach 1.5 million two years in a row? ‘Man I Need’ will almost certainly achieve that.

And I wonder if ‘Ordinary’ is on track achieve that too?

I think you're getting those numbers mixed - 1.5 million is what 'Man I Need' has done so far this year, it did 1.1 million last year to bring it to its current total.

'Ordinary' could still reach 1.5 million this year though, in which case it certainly would be the first song to do so for two years in a row.

I know it’s very early days, but it’s weird that the biggest song of the year so far hasn’t yet spent a week in the top five in 2026! One of the vagaries of ACR I suppose. I remember it was considere

Sorry, brain is clearly not in gear this morning! 🤦🏼‍♂️

But that’s impressive for ‘Ordinary’.

I don’t think that’s ever happened. “Man I Need” only did 1.1 million last year though so I can’t see it doing that, although at this rate it could have a shot at 1 million three years in a row.

I doubt “Ordinaey” will do more than another 500k this year, but I think whatever it does will be the best ever second highest year for a song.

(Wrote that before seeing Jim’s reply.)

As predicted we will get Ari's Hate... in and probably As It Was out. Despite its recovery I Run still hasn't re-entered the dance charts!

Seems as people got bored of "I Run" quickly

hopefully it keeps doing poorly enough to somehow avoid making the year-end 🤞 (it'll probably just end up in the bottom third or so of the year-end instead but I can hope!)

'Ordinary' top 3, and it hasn't even gone higher than #4 this year in the weekly chart without ACR, let alone the official chart where its 2026 highest is #13.

RMI now 90k behind MIN. It might actually overtake it by end of the year.

Where is Eternity currently? Been hard to track that one
